Ashwood Garden
A garden built to feel like it's been here longer than it has. Broad timber steps rise through the planting, set loose enough that the groundcover creeps over the edges and softens every line. A recycled brick pillar anchors one corner — kept, not cleared. Through it all, a deep naturalistic palette does the work: billy buttons and seseli pushing up through silver foliage, sedum heads going over, daisies and grasses left to move in the wind. An olive holds the back of the bed. The kind of garden you walk slowly through and keep finding things in.
